Turn Around Time

We ask our Customers to allow 2 weeks for your doll creation plus shipping time this is due to the face that each order is custom made with love and care our products are not mass produced,

Where do we Ship?

EVERYWHERE! Thats right Just Like You Dolls has gone international! You can find our postage costs at the checkout based on items and location.

Cannot see a device you would like? 

We may not currently stock the device you are after. If you would like to see a device added to our page please follow our Facebook page as we are constantly expanding our range and will be asking our followers for their input.

How do i add multiple items to a doll?

All of our devices and dolls are sold separately to allow customisation. Please add each device you would like into your cart along with its required details. When devices are purchased with a doll we will assemble them for you. If you have any comments you feel you need to make on your order please leave a message for us at the checkout.

Payment Options

We offer Credit Card Payments and Afterpay at our Check-out. If you are an organisation and would like to discuss setting up an account please send us an email.

Refunds

We are all human and understand that mistakes happen! We will endeavour to help you as much as we can however once your parcel has been booked for Pick-up we are unable to refund your postage fee's as our Courier has already been paid. We are also not able to refund you money once your order has been completed due to our unique customisation. If your order is faulty or you have concerns please email us and we can send a replacement.
